2005 Eclipse AGR 500

The 550 is a high speed machine which does not require pre-formed polybags or folded film as it forms the mail wrapping on the fly from low cost, roll fed, polythene sheet. This enables  in-house poly-wrapping that previously was not a cost-effective option at up to 2,500 wraps per hour. It has 2 built-in feeders with doubles/miss detect for booklets, brochures, BREs, carrier sheets. StreamFeeder type feeder prior to the 2 feeders to enable another insert to be fed.
